MLK Jr. Day

"I go to the movie, I go down town, somebody keeps telling me 'don't hang around'/ It's been a long time coming but I know a change is gonna come" - Sam Cooke

On Martin Luther King Jr. birthday take sometime to reflect on how far we have come in terms of racial issues (Obama running for president) and think about how far we have left to go (pain and strife in the inner-cities). In the meantime listen to a remake of one of my favorite Sam Cooke tunes "A Change is Gonna Come" performed by The Wave Pictures.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but Sam's birthday is tomorrow, Jan. 22. I'm celebrating by hosting a world-wide teleseminar in his honor at www.AskaSamCookeQuestion.com
